1. All Sales Are Final for Blind Boxes
Due to the nature of blind box products (random content), we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds based on personal preference or receiving duplicate items.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at email.
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/videos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
- We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
3. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 5 hours of purchase. After that, we begin processing and cannot guarantee cancellation.
4. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue.
5. Refund Processing
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or provider.
